YCR EPoS Systems
This website has been developed to help and supply high end EPoS systems to dealers in the UK and Eire.
Support
We have a large, dedicated team providing telephone support on all hardware, peripherals and software from the smallest stand alone unit to the most sophisticated EPoS system.
Website
Our web site offers information, sales literature, manuals, firmware and software downloads, service and support bulletins and one to one support via email. We also supply our resellers with utility software for programming, customer file upload, keyboard overlay production and patch files for easy data integration to other back office software solutions.
Warranty and Service
All items we supply are covered by warranty that ranges from 1 to 3 years. In the unlikely event of failure either during the warranty period or afterwards we provide a full repair service. Our service engineers can repair all the hardware we supply to component level. We have the fastest turn around in the industry.
Spare Parts
If we haven’t got it, if it exists, we can get it for you. We can email or fax schematics for easy location of the part you need. Our experienced staff can provide information not usually available from service manuals.
Research and Development
As the market leader in the UK and Republic of Ireland we command a large proportion of units sold on the world market. This allows us to work very closely with manufacturers.
Using experience gained through working with general retail and the hospitality market and feedback from our VARs and resellers we are able to specify future development for hardware, firmware and software.
YCR EPoS 2010 Training Courses
For many years we have provided courses on EPoS systems and Software for our Dealers.
These courses have been very popular so we have now expanded our current course range as shown (opposite).
You will all be aware technology moves quickly so its important to keep pace, especially as profit margins on low end cash registers is decreasing.
We are pleased to be able to offer new courses and pass on our considerable experience to you and your staff, which will give you confidence in supporting EPoS systems.
All courses are free of charge and are at our offices. A light lunch will be provided. Local accommodation can be arranged for an overnight stay if required.
Courses are available according to demand. We will inform you of dates well in advance. Places are limited to 8 persons in order to provide personal attention.

What is RSS or News Feeds?
News Feeds or RSS (Really Simple Syndication) provide a way for users to passively receive newly released content from their favorite websites.
News Feeds allow you to see when websites have added new content, without having to visit the website you have taken the feed from.
How do I use News Feeds?
The first thing you need is something called a News Reader. This is a piece of software that checks the feeds and lets you read any new articles that have been added. Follow this link for Google Reader, a free popular web based News Reader to get you started.
